Texture is perfect. Folding in stiff egg whites made a big difference. I needed to add a little bit more milk and suggest a hint more vanilla or even almond extract. Great waffle!

Tasted really good! Had some lighter splotches in appearance, but that may be because I didn't melt the butter, I just mixed it.

I served them on Mother’s Day along with fried chicken and everyone loved them.

taste was perfect! Fresh off the griddle, they were crisp on the outside and delicious even without syrup.

Perfect ! One of my kiddos stole the leftovers out of fridge and ate cold and without syrup. Delicious!

Best recipe yet. I used wholemeal flour & raw sugar.

Waffles look exactly like the picture. Crispy exterior and pillowy soft texture. The waffle has a slight sweet taste which is magnified with maple syrup, fruit or ice cream. Keeper!!

It turned out just like the pictures! Super easy to make. It would be a fun project to do with kids.
