  • 1 tablespoon yoghurt (plain soya)
  • 1 salt (shake each ground, and pepper)
  • 1 handful peppers (mixed, cut into strips)
  • 1 large carrot (cut into mini batons)
  • 1 red onion (small, quartered)
  • 1 handful frozen peas
  • 70 grams chicken pieces (frozen vegetarian)
