Description

Jazz up the usual Greek yogurt spread by adding herbs and some bitter, salty flavors. Finely chop up the herbs and fold them gently into the yogurt, along with the salty capers. Create a crunch by toasting Rye bread and blending it until it is crunchy golden crumbles. Layer the bread crumbs over the yogurt and finish the look by setting in the Radishes. Voilà! A fun, creative, and delicious spread ready to eat!

Ingredients

3 tablespoons greek yogurt
fresh herbs (chives, chervil, tarragon)
juice (Capers)
8 slices rye bread
1 bunch radishes

Directions

1Mix the greek yogurt with chopped fresh herbs, capers juice, salt and pepper.
2Toast the rye bread.
3Grind the bread in the blender to get fine crumbs. Transfer to a large bowl.
4Wash the radishes under cold water to remove the earth and plunge them for about 15 minutes in a bowl of cold water with a few ice cubes.
5Dry them gently.
6Place the radishes in the rye breadcrumbs.
7Serve immediately along with the yogurt dip.
