- unchecked Season chicken with salt and black pepper. Heat oil in 5-quart saucepan on medium-high heat; add chicken. Cook 2-3 min. on each side or until browned. Remove chicken from skillet.

Simmer 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Stir in basil.
