This was really good. I used hot salsa and added in jalapeños so it had a bit of a spicy kick. I didn’t have a crock pot so I cooked it on stove on 1 for about 90 minutes. The chicken was tender and fell right apart. Delicious

Great recipe. Cooked on high for 3 hours, shredded chicken and placed back in broth, cooked for another 1.5 hours on medium heat. Drained broth and used for rice. Always a crowd pleaser.

I really enjoyed this dish. The chicken is so flavorful and juicy. I added cooked rice and beans to it and made quesadillas instead of tacos. I cooked the chicken for 4 hours on high in my crockpot and it was so tender and easy to break the chicken apart. My family really enjoyed the meal as well. It is a quick easy meal to make.

I cooked four chicken breasts unthawed on low for 4 1/2 hrs, shredded the chicken and added a little pepperjack cheese, cooked for another hour. Shredding the chicken and cooking it for a bit longer is crucial to get the most flavor.
