    I make Zucchini pasta ALOT and I lost so much weight from eating that pasta....I'll make it with marinara sauce in afew weeks

    It was delicious. I fried up some ground beef and onion in the skillet first. Then, added the marinara sauce (Ragu). Got that nice and hot. Then I added the zuc, cooked for about 7 minutes. Served it. My guests loved it.

    I instead peeled the zuc, and added a few of my own ingredients, it turned out so well :) loved it. I've made it several times now and it's added to the list of meals I can always prepare.
