I made a few substitutions - I used a shallot instead of radishes and subbed garlic salt in place of garlic but it turned out very nice. The title is a bit misleading because I would not consider this a main meal like spaghetti would be. I would consider this more like a side salad. Would definitely make it again!

I added more parmesan cheese and lemon juice. The zucchini did not taste like zucchini. Very good easy meal

I quite liked this dish! It tasted pretty good. I threw the zucchini noodles in a pan with some olive oil on low heat to soften them up a little.
