My husband loves it. I'm making it again tonight. I dropped zucchini into a pot of boiling water, briefly before draining. Sauce and Parmesan make it very flavorful.

We enjoyed it with a bit of extra parmesan as extra flavour. Also used the pesto on some grilled chicken and the two tastes worked well together. But I think Anthony C has it right. The sauce is the major taste and the zucchini noodles are the delivery system. And BTW, I cooked the zucchini noodles and don't know if others did. It melted things together a bit better.

Try adding a little bit of cream cheese to any pesto recipe. Its amazing. Thank me later. Zucchini noodles are only the delivery system for the sauce of your choice which in this case is Pesto. This recipe is only as good as the pesto that you make. I wouldnt call this a recipe really. Its basically just telling you to use zucchini as noodles when making pesto.

Very bland and unsatisfying. A zucchini run through the spiralizer is still a zucchini. No depth at all to this dish.

Easy recipe good taste low calories. I followed the recipe as directed. I doubled it in order to feed 4 people, and the increase did not change the flavor. Will include this as a staple for meal planning.

It was amazing. It was easy and delicious. Love this pasta for vegans or anyone. Best zucchini pest pasta by far.
