Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 zucchini (medium)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius or 450 Fahrenheit.
  2. 2Mix the oil, cheese, breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3Slice the zucchini into 1/2-centimeter rounds. Cover both sides of the rounds with the cheese mixture.
  4. 4Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
