Came out great, so yummy.

It takes time to batter all the slices, and your fingers get all gummed up, so I was lucky to have a helper who could tend the stove and flip the zucchini slices in the pan while I breaded more. The batter could use salt—I would add to the Parmesan/Panko mix.

Turned out pretty much well done, I combined it with Cajun Dipping Sauce ✌

made zucchini eat-able for the family. a bit messy (my fault). made the house smell odd for a day or two.

I just add a little bit of seasoning and salt to the flour so they can taste better. It's an excellent recipe! 😋

I would've added more parmesean to equal the bread crumbs, but they were still good Edit: NOT good as leftovers. Ended up throwing the rest out the next day. Similar effect as French fries.

I used EVOO--never use vegetable oil. Shook in some onion and garlic powder. Out of sight!

Loved them, I did add a little ground sea salt to them. Better yet the take no time to make, I used my deep fat fryer and cooked at 340 degrees.

Delicious! Easy and quick to make. Nice and crispy, but also with soft zucchini texture. Paired with caramelized salmon for a tasty dinner.

These were good; however, I eliminated the oil and used cooking spray in my air fryer to make the dish healthier.

Fabulous!! Love zucchini chips with crispy cheese! Yum! Easy to make yippee! My family loves the crunch. Served as an appetizer for a family event. Made a lot! The entire family loved them. Left them wanting for more! Used garden fresh zucchini fresh grated Romano instead of Parmesian.
