  • cherry tomatoes (I used a mixture of both yellow and red, for added color)

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 shallots (minced)
  • 3 thyme sprigs (fresh)
  • fresh basil (small handful, chopped)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese (freshly grated)
