I replaced the oilve oil with Avocado oil because you're not supposed to heat up the olive oil. I also added a little bit parsley to garnish the dish. Overall the flavor was really good. Hubby loved it!

It was yummy but I would have cooked the zucchini longer in more garlic and maybe butter too. It needed more flavor.

This turned out perfectly! First zoodle experience (I know I'm late to the table on this) but now I'm all in! Simple. Delicious. Definitely going into the rotation for weeknight dinner.

The lemon balances the heat from the red pepper flakes. It’s a filling dish that has great contrast of the cooked “noodles” and shrimp with the raw tomatoes. Just delicious!

I did add extra garlic, more red pepper flakes, and basil to give it a little more flavor!

Never sure how to not make the noodles too soggy, but liked the taste overall. Added in tomatoes at the end. Probably wouldn’t make again.

Fun dish with great flavours I also added cajun spice to the shrimp and served with a small side of the lemon pepper basmati rice! disfrutar!!!

Delicious and easy. I used chicken broth instead of white wine after reading some other reviews. I also used frozen zucchini noodles from Trader Joe’s to make it even easier. A new favorite!

This turned out great. I added 1/4 cup of low sodium chicken stock. Since I didn't have the zucchini noodles I added frozen zucchini and regular spaghetti no. 9. Very yummy and quick on the table.

Turned out really good. I might try adding a tiny bit of chicken stock like another reviewer did. And I will add the tomatoes after I take it off the heat. I'm not a huge tomato fan and these cooked tomatoes are turning me off a bit. otherwise it's fabulous!

This dish was super quick and easy and fail proof. It had such good flavor and it was so light and fresh. I wasn't sleepy and didn't feel icky after eating it . I really enjoyed it <3

This was incredibly fast and easy! My husband was afraid that he would be unhappy about the Zoodles, but he loved them! Great recipe!
