Ingredients

  • 1 pound zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon basil leaves

Directions

  1. 1Using vegetable peeler, cut zucchini lengthwise into thin strips.
  2. 2Or shred zucchini in food processor.
  3. 3Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
