I've made a lot of zucchini breads, cakes, and muffins, but these are the hands down winners! Huge, moist, sweet. A dozen of these huge muffins doesn't last long around our house. I have used frozen, grated zucchini and other summer squash with equal success.

Very good! I added dried cranberries and will add walnuts next time. I got 12 large muffins, not cupcake size.

More dense than expected, but delicious! I put only 1 tps of cinnamon and added some grounded pumpkin spice chai tea from David’s tea. Didn’t put dried fruits and nuts, but added on top choco chips. Yum!

Delicious, my kids love them, as do I. Just note they are a dense muffin so don't expect it to be light and fluffy.

These turned out great, I used gluten free flower, subbed in 1/2 cup brown sugar instead of all white , 1cup butter, yellow zucchini, no nutmeg or cinnamon (son has allergies) added the pecans and dried chopped mango.

EXCELLENT! added chocolate chips and deleted raisins, also did not add cranberries, substituted half the butter with stick margarine and it came out fine. Great flavor and moist!
