Love it! Only change was to reduce the garlic to 2 cloves. You can always add more if you like. I used grilled golden zucchini and it ended up with a bit of natural sweetness to it, perfect. I also used basil and chives for my herbs because that's what I had in the garden. I took it to a party and everyone loved it. This recipe is a keeper. Just made my 2nd batch of it, so easy especially if you're growing zucchini in your garden.
