We tried this and loved it! Our personal preference is to add a bit of shredded cheese to the mixture. We also didn’t let it drain enough because we are just impatient! :)

Absolutely great taste. Used 30gr flour to lighten them up, and added a bit of crushed black pepper and salt to the other ingredients of the sour cream dip

We have made these since I was a kid. Always added parmesan cheese to them as well. The parm adds a lot of flavor. And I top with applesauce.

Pretty tasty! But definitely needed to pat some of the oil off after frying. The topping was amazing and zesty! Will make this again for sure after investing in some cheesecloth

A new staple for sure! Unfortunately mine did not come out as crispy as it should have, but this is likely due to my not getting enough moisture out of the zucchini in the beginning.

Great. Although I added a little garlic powder and fresh thyme to give it a bit more flavor. Easy and a great use for the abundant zucchini from our garden in the summer.

Absolutely divine. I made exactly from the recipe. The lemon zest and juice give the fritters a wonderful little zing. I might try the dill suggested by Korrine as my husband loves dill.

Wow, these tasted just like potato cakes, but with less calories! This recipe was very good with a few modifications. Used a shallot instead of scallions and added some fresh dill to the fritters. They were phenomenal. Will be making them again, because they are delicious and a good way to eat up zucchini!
