    Followed the recipe as presented and it was a hit. A little dense, but very good. Directions weren't clear as to draining the grated zucchini but I dried them a little with paper towels., maybe I should have not dried them?

    Very good. There was a lot of batter and I thought it might overflow the cup, but it worked out splendidly. I used 4 instead of 5 Tbs of (real)maple syrup and chia seeds instead of flax. It's only 3 points on weight watchers :)

    Marie T. - you just have to click on "US" at the top, instead of "metric". Looks good to me, too! I'm going to replace the walnuts with raisins though, the greek yogurt with regular plain, and reducing the sale - just preference. I'm rating these a 5 even though I haven't made them yet - based on previous muffin-making, I'm sure I'll love them.
