    So easy to make! Very good it’s rich just the way I like my brownies. Will definitely be making it again!

    These are great! I didn’t put the frosting on and they are still great. Very moist!

    This is an interesting recipe. The only downside is slightly cake like brownies and a very slight veggie aftertaste. That said I set a tray of them out in the office and they were gone before I had the chance to send the email notice of their presence. One note on the recipe it is insanely dry before you add the shredded zucchini. You will think you have missed something, but no worries, as long as you have fresh zucchini it will work out in the end.
