    I didn’t have loaf pans so I made it in a circular bundt pan and cooked it longer. My husband and I really liked it. The nuts (we used pecans) and raisins made it hearty. We liked that it wasn’t too sweet either.

    Really moist. I would add a little more sugar or maybe some brown sugar so it's a little sweeter next time.
