Delicious! I followed the recipe with cutting back the sugar to 1 1/4 C and I used pecans and dates for fun! So happy to have a good recipe for all the zucchini my plant is putting out this summer!

It was the driest zucchini bread ever, the flavor was good, but you needed a glass of milk with it. I don't think I will make again, unless I adjust the ingredients.

Excellent! I used 4 zucchini with pecans and craisins and it turned out amazing - I'll definitely make this recipe again.

Soooo good! One of the best I've made and I've made a lot!! I reduced the sugar and added dried cranberries and chopped pecans. Delicious.! Will definitely be my go to for now on.

Deeeeelish!!
I added 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1 cu e frozen ginger cube.
