I little to dense..I made 4 small loaves.. Almost Cake style.. Next time I'm adding some more flour.. Delicious tho

This recipe is great… I did not put in the pineapple. I substituted the olive oil for coconut oil. I added cranberries, chocolate chips and doubled the cinnamon and nutmeg! I would recommend this recipe.
