    Perfect and quick. I added diced tomatoes as I has to use them up. It completed the zucchini very nicely.

    Put too much butter and think I cooked too long cuz they were very soggy. Me and my roommate still thought it had a good taste tho

    It turned out great. My fear was that it would end up mushy or that i cut the quarters too big. My husband requested that the next time I make it, I need to add less garlic.

    Zucchini was eaten by a very finicky eater(wife), says Success! Thanks for the recipe! I just ate the leftovers for breakfast!

    Pleasant, flavorful. Directions say to cut zucchini in quarters which I understood as spears, but quartering then slicing is meant. Recipe calls for 5 Tbsp of Earth Balance, I used 2 and recommend 1-1/2.

    Simple & healthy recipe. Easily modified by adding your fave herbs & spices. I added thyme and rosemary.

    Smells wonderful! I'm on a constant diet so I used Pam & a little less high quality grated Parmesan. A yummy, low calorie, mid-afternoon comfort food!

    College student here who's trying to be healthy on a budget. This was absolutely delicious and very cost effective. Cooked this with my 3 roommates and it indeed fed all 4 of us!
