    This actually turned out really well. So healthy and yummy. The whole family really loved it. It was pretty easy to make as well

    I found this recipe pretty "meh". It took me a pretty long time to make, and the flavor was a bit disappointing. It's possible that I didn't add the right seasoning combination, but either way I'll pass on this. Next time I would just make a healthy, meat sauce to layer over zucchini noodles, I think it would be easier.
