  • 10 1/2 ounces orzo
  • 4 ounces frozen peas
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon baby capers
  • 15 ounces tuna (in springwater, drained, flaked)
  • 3 1/2 ounces baby spinach

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Add peas 1 min before end of cooking time. Drain then rinse under cold water. Drain again.
  2. Toss with remaining ingredients. Season and serve.
