This was fantastic. I used frozen hamburgers instead of chicken. I didn't have kidney beans, but I had a can of black beans. I also put in 6 oz. of frozen onions with peppers, and I used a cup of water.

Best taco soup ever! I have been making taco soup for years it always seems to taste more like chili than tacos. This tastes like tacos!! I finally found my recipe. Never need another one from anywhere else. Can’t wait to make it for a big family gathering.

Delicious! The chicken is so tender, and it’s flavored by all the other wonderful ingredients. Only changes - I skipped water and added 2c veggie broth; also used one can tomatoes with green chili’s and one can just tomatoes. Really a great recipe!
