This recipe is great. Really easy to make and they last a good few days in air tight container. My husband who is super fussy ate all but one!! I added a grated apple to sweeten a little and a cup of whole wheat flour and a cup of plain flour instead of 2 cups of plain flour. So moist and fluffy. Perfect with diabetic jam and a cuppa.
