- 2 tsp. ginger (minced)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp. peanuts (chopped, for garnish, optional)

Directions
- Warm peanut butter in a microwave in 30-second intervals until soft.
- Combine all ingredients except for chopped peanuts in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and serve.
