My family enjoyed this. I threw it together in about 10 minutes after I picked up a rotisserie chicken. I only used the white meat. I substituted cream of mushroom soup for the cream of celery and used low fat sour cream. It was a bit salty for me, so I think reduced sodium soup would help. I did use reduced sodium broth. I think it would be good with some chopped broccoli in it also, so I wouldn't have to worry about a veggie on the side. It was a quick and easy weeknight meal, so I think I'll try it again with my alterations.

This is my granddaughter's favorite recipe. I reduced the sour cream to 4 oz and made the rest as written. Very good.
