  • carrots (1 med., thinly sliced on a diagonal)
  • 8 shiitake (or about ¼ lb, sliced)
  • 8 ounces daikon radishes (or Korean radish, thinly sliced)
  • 5 stalks green onions (cut in 2-inch sections)
