It's all too easy to scoff at providing a "recipe" for such a simple snack, but sometimes a little inspiration is what's needed to spark the imagination or break out of a rut (or just heading to the nearest vending machine for a sugary treat). Plain yogurt can be topped with all manner of nuts and dried fruit, such as sliced almonds and raisins used here. Dust with ground cinnamon if you like, too.
- 1 natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon almond flakes
- ground cinnamon (to taste)
- Mix the yogurt, raisins, and almonds. Sprinkle with cinnamon, to taste and serve.
