This Yogurt and Pudding Cake is not only a perfect blend of flavors, it also is super moist and will melt in your mouth. It combines eggs, sugar, melted butter, Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, instant caramel pudding mix and milk. Sounds like a dream? Your taste buds will be telling you to grab another piece in the middle of the night. Make sure to have a tall glass of milk to go with it.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 450 grams sugar
  • 100 grams melted butter
  • 300 grams greek yogurt
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pudding mix (instant caramel)
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the sugar until you get a fluffy and whitish cream.
  3. Add the butter, and then the yogurt, and continue to beat.
  4. Add sifted flour mixed with the baking powder.
  5. Mix the pudding with two tablespoons of milk, and add to the previous mixture.
  6. Grease a bundt cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  7. Pour batter into pan.
  8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

This 5 star yogurt pudding cake was the least complicated of its kind that I have seen and will be my choice from now on. Sweetness from the pudding and tart from the yogurt creates a cake to die for.
