Description

A tasty breakfast tart, this egg tart is made with yogurt and stuffed with plenty of ham and cheese. Substitute mushrooms or other vegetables for the ham if you are vegetarian. Make your own puff pastry or buy it premade.

Ingredients

1 puff pastry (rectangular)
200 grams ham (cut in small pieces)
5 eggs
2 natural yogurts
salt (to taste)
nutmeg (to taste)
cheese (Emmental, to taste)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Roll out the dough, and place in baking pan lined with parchment paper. Prick the bottom with a fork.
3Cover the base with the ham.
4In a bowl, beat the eggs well. Add the yogurt, and beat again. Add salt and nutmeg to taste. Mix, and pour evenly on top of the ham.
5Cover the tray with Emmental cheese.
6Bake to a gratin. Serve with a salad.
