Light and creamy, bold and fruity, this recipe Yogurt Gelatin Dessert with Mixed Berry Sauce is the perfect balance of sweet flavors. Made with creamy yogurt and flavored with vanilla, the yogurt gelatin is light and fluffy in flavor and texture. A sweet mixed berry sauce makes the perfect topping for this light dessert. You can use any blend of berries for the sauce. Strain it before serving or leave it on the thicker side, you have freedom to choose with this yummy dessert sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 liter yogurt (creamy)
  • 397 grams condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 grams mixed berries
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • water (as needed)

Directions

  1. Hydrate the gelatin in the hot water. Stir and microwave if needed, until the gelatin has dissolved.
  2. In a blender, add the yogurt, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Puree until smooth.
  3. Add the gelatin and puree again.
  4. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until it solidifies.
  5. For the sauce, combine the berries, sugar, and water in the blender. Puree until smooth. Sift if desired.
  6. Remove the gelatin from the refrigerator.
  7. Unmold and serve pouring sauce on top. Garnish to taste.

I like this yogurt dessert. It would look so pretty served in little individual molds. I can't wait to make it again for my family .
