Here's a most versatile dressing that can be used with green salads, pasta salads, and basically any other type of salad where you want a delicious dose of tang. Just stir plain yogurt until smooth and creamy before mixing in mustard (Dijon would be good here, but use whichever type you like best), olive oil (preferably extra virgin), vinegar (again, your choice), and oregano. Keep the dressing in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to use.
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1Place yogurt in a bowl and stir well until creamy.
- 2Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixture is smooth.
- 3To serve, drizzle dressing over salad.
- 4Store dressing in a sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
