Description

In this moist no butter bundt cake, half the batter is mixed with cinnamon and swirled with the rest to produce a lovely marbled effect. Made with greek yogurt, this cake is moist and flavorful. Perfect for brunch or an after dinner treat.

Ingredients

6 eggs
300 grams sugar
1 package greek yogurt (natural sweetened)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
160 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Grease a bundt cake pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
3Whisk the eggs well with the sugar until a fluffy and whitish cream is achieved.
4Add the yogurt and the oil and beat again.
5Add the flour and baking powder and beat gently, just until mixture is folded together.
6Place about half of the dough into the cake pan.
7Add cinnamon to the remaining dough and mix. Pour this batter over the white dough with circular movements, using with a spoon to give it a marbled effect.
8Bake for 40 minutes.
9Remove from the oven, wait for 5 minutes, and then unmold. When cooled, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
