Ingredients

1/2 yam bean (large)
1 cucumber
2 carrots
6 lime
unflavored gelatin
hot sauce (Valentina)
worcestershire sauce
lime juice
japanese peanuts
peanuts (Barcel Hot Nuts, optional)

Directions

1Separately, grate the yam bean, carrots, and cucumber. Drain each one thoroughly.
2Line a baking mold with plastic wrap.
3Add a layer of yam bean. Press down. Sprinkle with gelatin and squeeze 2 limes on top, distributing the lime juice evenly.
4Add a layer of carrot and a layer of cucumber, repeating the steps of the gelatin and lime juice after each one.
5Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes.
6For the sauce, mix the ingredients, quantities to taste.
7Unmold the vegetables, dress with the sauce, and add the peanuts for garnish.
