Our family really liked this a lot. I didn't have spinach so I swapped with kale because I had that.

Easy and delish! Made with chicken feta spinach sausage.
This soup was amazing ! Used fresh spinach and dry beans. I wanted a creamy soup, added a touch of half and half.

This soup/stew is a quick and delicious meal. It refrigerates and freezes well, making it a great option for weekend-bulk cooking.

This was a good basic recipe. I would add another can of beans, 1/2 onion, & 1/2 cup half 'n half and less spinach.

Excellent soup. Added a second can of beans and made it in the crock pot. Topped it with parm cheese. Yum!
