  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 teaspoon Calumet Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (or fresh)

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
    2. Combine oats and buttermilk in small bowl; let stand 10 min.
    3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and zest with mixer until blended; set aside. Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
