  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (rock, or 1/2 tsp granulated salt)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (can be raw, brown, dark drown or honey or golden syrup)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons oil (I usually don’t measure this, but I do a lot of baking)
  • 3 1/3 cups flour (any combination of whole wheat, either 100%, or 50% white, 50% wholemeal*)
