Yummy! Added some onion in the tomato mix. And drizzled feta over

Not bad, the uncooked tomatoes on the chicken were strange at first but very refreshing. the cheese taste gets lost but all and all, not a bad dish. I paired mine with fresh pasta with pesto.

I don't have a grill so I baked the chicken. It was awesome! I prefer my meats grilled and I can't wait to try it cooked the recommended way.

Very tasty and the chicken was moist. One thing to note, if you use the large chicken breasts, definitely cut them in half, or it will take FOREVER to cook them. I did not, and I ended up cutting them after they were already on the grill pan. Other than that, delicious. Will definitely make this recipe again
