Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon crush flake pepper red
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except salt and pepper. Run over whole chicken or any other whole poultry. Then season liberally with salt and pepper.
  2. Place on a roasting rack and roast at 400°F for 45 minutes or until the temperature of the thigh is 185° degrees.
