- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 orange
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups zucchini (grated)
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. ginger (ground)
- 1 cup nuts (ground)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Mix the egg, vanilla, agave nectar, vegetable oil, orange juice, and milk in a large bowl.

They turned out great. I used whole wheat pastry flour, 3/4 cup coconut sugar in place of the agave nectar and omitted the orange juice because I didnt have an orange.
