Description
Pizza is one of those meals that you pretty much cannot go wrong with. This recipe is a healthier version of your typical pizza, with whole wheat crust and a pile of vegetables. The whole wheat flour in the crust provides some complex carbs while a mixture of vegetables such as green pepper, onion, zucchini, broccoli, and mushrooms add a ton of flavor. A bit of tomato sauce and a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese bring everything together for a delicious and filling pizza.

- 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 pinch sugar
- 3/4 cup water (lukewarm)
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup white flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 450 grams vegetables (your choice, green pepper, onion, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, etc.)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2/3 cup pasta sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olives (minced)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 230 Celsius.
- Mix the yeast with the sugar, water, and salt. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place for 10 minutes.
- Combine the whole wheat and white flours and add the yeast mixture. Add the olive oil and continue to mix until the dough is smooth and elastic.
