Ingredients

325 milliliters water
2 tablespoons olive oil
375 grams flour
250 grams whole wheat flour
21 grams yeast
13 grams salt
23 grams sugar

Directions

1Pour the water and olive oil into a large mixing bowl.
2Add half of the regular flour and all of the whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, and sugar into the bowl.
3Mix the dough with an electric mixer at the lowest setting, adding the rest of the flour if necessary to thicken.
4Cover a separate bowl with a light layer of cooking spray or oil and place the dough in it. Let the dough sit for 1 hour.
5Roll the dough into balls about 100 grams each and flatten out into a thick, medium sized disks.
6Heat up a frying pan or stovetop grill and begin cooking the slices of dough.
7Make sure to toast both sides of each slice until the bread is completely cooked.
8Let cool and serve.
