Amazing, as always. Made this recipe a few times (I tripled it today and JUST managed to get 4 dozen). My favourite muffin recipe by far! (Also, I ran out of maple syrup at JUST over a cup and they're plenty sweet. And I had to sub in all purpose flour as I had no whole wheat, and I had no cinnamon but they still turned out awesome). I used avocado oil to make them a bit healthier.
