Delicious! But I tripled the spice mixture and let the cauliflower cook a little longer at the end as it was not done. Spice mixture was fabulous!

Very tasty. The only adjustment is I doubled the ingredients, besides the cauliflower. I should have tripled it. My cauliflower was about 6 inches in diameter.

This is my fourth cauliflower in a row that I have roasted whole. There are currently many recipes for roasted spiced cauliflower. I made this one with a rather small one. The recipe is simple and straightforward with not a lot of unusual ingredients that you would have to buy and then never use again or once in a while. I had no trouble and I followed the recipe to a t. The finished product looked nice and well browned (not burnt!). The cauliflower was tasty, tender, and well flavored without being overly spicy.

Easy to do , perfect with mint yoghurt sauce , i will try to poach the cauliflower for 3 mins before bake , shall be more tasty .

Terrible, took forever to cook and was burnt on the surface and not cooked thru on the inside- had it covered for 40 min then uncovered for another 40- do not waste your time
