  • 45 ounces beans (white, beans, undrained, I used great northern but cannellini will also work)

It's rare I come across a recipe that's quick and the whole family loves. I've made this twice now. I've never seen cinnamon suggested for a chicken chili and it was a great addition! It added just the right amount of smokiness to the meal. The second time, due to our preferences, I only used 1 cup of broth (wasn't looking to make soup) and used an extra can of beans to make it more like a regular chicken chili. I served it over brown rice. I preferred it this way.

great amazing we loved it so wonderful this recipe was so yummy and easy to make it was a hit for the entire family

This chili was ok for me. My husband liked it. In the directions, it doesn't mention anything about when to put the diced green chilies. I sauteed 2 serrano chilies and added them after the two cans of beans were added in.
