    I added 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. I also added 2 tbsp of flour to thicken up the sauce. The sauce was very flavorful but the wine can be overwhelming for some people (not me!). If you think the wine might be overwhelming then you might want to start with 1 cup of wine.

    It was good, you could really taste the white wine even after I reduced it by half. Maybe the bottle was bad or something...overall it was good and would make again!

    Fine. Made a 1/2 portion for 1 lb mushroom ravioli. I would have preferred shallots but only had garlic. Will make again.
