Ingredients
- 2 liters milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 300 grams sugar
- 75 grams flour
- 50 grams corn flour
- ground cinnamon
Directions
- 1In a heavy-bottomed pan, add the milk and cinnamon sticks.
- 2Once it begins to boil, take out 1/2 liter of the milk and let it cool.
- 3In a blender, add the cool milk, flour, and corn flour. Puree until smooth.
- 4Boil the milk in the pan once again and add the cool milk mixture.
- 5Stir with a wooden spoon until it thickens.
- 6Remove from the stove and pour on an extended plate. Once it cools, sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
- 7Cut into squares and serve.
