Not your normal gelatin dessert, but that's what makes this so unique and great. It turns out like an airy cheesecake that works great with fruit and other cheesecake like toppings. Comes out very creamy thanks to the cream cheese, but it isn't too overwhelming when finished, especially if you serve this with fruit to help balance it out. Delicious! Will be making this again for parties too.
